Manatee Queen Boat Tour, Jupiter

The Manatee Queen is a pontoon boat that takes you from the gorgeous clear waters of the Jupiter Inlet up the intracoastal past the mansions of Jupiter Island. The captain is a humorous man who keeps you entertained the whole way. Jupiter Island is one of the wealthiest places in the U.S. so there are plenty of beautiful houses to see and interesting stories to hear about. Most of the residents of Jupiter Island have plots with the beach/ocean on one side and the intracoastal on the other- not a bad life! Tiger Woods, Celine Dion, Memphis Grizzlies billionaire owner Michael Heisley, and the Johnson & Johnson family all have homes on Jupiter Island.
The boat tour is a perfect activity for a hot day because there is shade on the boat plus cool breezes off the water.
There are these little beaches with white cliffs at the bottom on the coast guard land near the lighthouse that can only be accessed by boat. They look incredible to swim at! Other cute beaches you see from the boat are the Coral Cove intracoastal beaches.
Afterwards, have a meal at Jetty's, which is directly where the boat is docked, or a drink at Square Grouper. Both have an incredible view of the lighthouse and inlet.
The best time to come on this tour is right before or at high tide when the waters of the inlet are crystal clear. Check the tide here.
