Description
Want to see more than 1,000 big crocodiles and alligators? Head over to the Alligator Farm Zoological Gardens. The swamp lagoon is beautiful and a natural setting for an unbelievable number of big gators. Feeding time is dramatic as they swarm for food. The owners have spent many years collecting gators from every place in the world and breeding them. The exotic wild birds are gorgeous with white and pink feathers. Don't miss Maximo, a 15-foot crocodile from Australia that you can see stalking a meal underwater as you peer into his pool. The bad part is that it's sad to see so many alligators crowded into the lagoon, as they are territorial creatures.
After your visit, drive over to St. Augustine town and explore the amazing architecture.
