Description

Kahuku Beach is an idyllic, lonely beach, like a beach you would dream of! You will usually have it all to yourselves. Because it is on the northeast side of the island, it can be windy and the weather is not perfect like in Waikiki. You park at the Kahuku Golf Course and follow a little trail that runs for 700m along the west side of the golf course. This leads to your own gorgeous beach! 
You may see cute crabs and birds, and enjoy the crystal clear water. To your right you can see carved mountain ranges in the distance. Lava rock adds to the textures all around you.
This is not the safest area, so bring a few friends and come during the day when there are plenty of people on the golf course. Avoid the trails in the jungle behind the beach.
After, have a delicious meal at the Kahuku food trucks!
Continue ten minutes to the north and you will come to beautiful Turtle Bay Resort and its beaches, which are safer with more people.

Kahuku Beach is located at 56-701 Kamehameha Hwy, Kahuku, HI 96731, at the Kahuku Golf Course. There is plenty of free parking.
