Description

Tiger Shark Cove Playground is colorful and fun with its ocean theme. Scuba divers, dolphins, a submarine, fish, and octopus pictures decorate this faux wooden play structure with castle towers. On the play structure are tunnel slides, a wavey slide, rock climbing wall, stepping stones, and bridges. There is a tire swing and swings, in the shade. And a ship to captain. Kids can climb a shark or dolphin, or ride on the see saw. On hot days the mist cools kids off and provides squealing water fun. An unusual addition to the park is a white mermaid castle with beautiful mosaic tiles inside and a shell to sit in!
Although there are some shade canopies, this playground is quite sunny and therefore best in winter months.
Another great playground nearby is Scott's Place Playground.
In Wellington there is also a popular park for jogging with a nature center called Okeeheelee Park, Mall at Wellington Green with an indoor kid's play area.
A fairly short drive away, enjoy Calypso Bay Waterpark on hot days, or drive around Lion Country Safari where you can see giraffes and hippos and then ride their many amusement park rides.

So thrilled to have this park in our neighborhood! We come almost every day in winter! So excited that the weather is cooling down!
